The building will include classrooms, briefing rooms, break rooms, storage areas, rest rooms, two motion type KC-135 flight simulators, and associated equipment. There will be high bay area and administration and training areas. Construction will consist of concrete foundation and floor slab, masonry walls, sloped roof, all utilities and special foundations to support the simulator equipment, paved roads, parking, and sidewalks. The contract will be accomplished in two phases with separate completion dates, and 90 days suspension period between completion of Phase Ia and commencement of Phase II. Plans and specs available on or about 30 March 1995 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
