The new tanks will be furnished by the Government. The work shall be located at the Naval Air Station, McKeen Street Housing in Brunswick, Maine, the Topsham Annex, Topsham, Maine and the S.E.R.E. Training facility, Rangeley, Maine. The exact location will be indicated by the contracting officer. The estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). Small Disadvantaged Business concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB firms the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
