Site work includes: rail track removal, piles, facility road access, vehicle parking, utility service extensions (gas, electricity, wiring, water, and sanitary sewer), and any incidental related work. The SIC code is 1541 and the small business size standard will be $17.0 million. Estimated cost range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This proposed contract is being considered for 100% set aside for SDB concerns.
