Correction: This synopsis is corrected as follows: This solicitation is for Base Civil Engineering Complex, Project No. 91-3098 at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. Project consists of the construction of a 22,700 SF masonry office building with standing seam metal roof, a 47,500 SF shop building with a pre-engineered metal structure and a concrete vault, a steel water tank, a wash rack, asphalt parking and storage areas, exterior lighting, utility relocation and landscaping. Demolition shall include various single story buildings, a wash rack, and a concrete water storage tank. Asbestos removal will be required. Magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The construction period is 620 calendar days. This Invitation for Bids is solicited unrestricted. IFB will be issued on or about 1 Mar 95. Site Visit is scheduled for 15 Mar 95. Bid Opening date is scheduled for 1 Apr 95. There will be nonrefundable charge of $175.00 for this solicitation. Checks shall be made payable to the Treasurer of the United States and must be included in your request for this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
