BROWN, Tel:505-524-5134 WSTF has a requirement to repair the 9.7 kilometer long by 7.3 meters wide WSTF access road. The repair work will include crack sealing the existing pavement and laying a 5-millimeter thick hot mix overly. In addition a 1-meter wide paved shoulder will be constructed on the west side of the existing road rip-rap will be placed on the west side at arroyo locations and the shoulders and cattle guards will be raised to match the new road surface. Additive/Deductive sections will include Installation of paving fabric under asphalt overly, Construction of a 1 meter wide paved shoulder on the east side of the existing pavement and design and installation of culverts at designated arroyo crossings. All work will occur at WSTF witha solicition issuance of on/about 2/24/95.
