The systems consist of the following: Photo Sonics 1-PL 16mm Camera P/N 70-1325-100 (Modified to accept Data head P/N 70-1262), Photo Sonics Data head 2x5 7 Segment Full Aperture P/N 70-1262, Photo Sonics Variable Shutter P/N 61-1336 BSC, Photo Sonics Shutter Correlation Pulse P/N 70-7500-500, Photo Sonics Film Magazine 16mm x 200 P/N 61-1000, Photo Sonics FDRS w/Phase Lock P/N 70-1555-100. Deliver to Receiving Officer, MS31, 47137 Vaughn Road, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD 20670-5304, 270 days after contract award. The Photo Sonics Model 1PL camera is only distributed through Instrumentation Marketing Corporation. The camera system is patented and manufactured only by Photo Sonics. Photo Sonics manufactures the complete unit, therefore, no portion can be broken-out and competed. This action will be acquired under other than full and open competition pursuant to U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
