The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS) China Lake, California is seeking sources capable of providing/supporting currently available computer software to generate government travel orders and travel vouchers with personal computers. The travel software must be compatible with the following hardware/software systems: (a) IBM PC compatible systems operating in either DOS or Windows; (b) Macintosh II and later Macintosh systems operating with System 6.0 and later. The travel software should be capable of generating both the DD Form 1610, Request and Authorization for TDY Travel of DOD Personnel, and DD Form 1351-2, Travel Voucher or Subvoucher. The travel software shall be capable of calculating travel advances for the DD Form 1610 and travel settlements for DD Form 1351-2 and shall be easily updated with per diem data. The travel software should automatically transfer common information from the DD Form 1610 to the DD Form 1351-2. The travel software should, if possible, allow automatic transfer of the travel settlement accounting data to mainframe computer accounting systems. The offeror must be willig to negotiate licensing agreements if the software is proprietary.
