The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Washington Detachment intends to lease the upgrade of an IBM 3745 model 410 controller (Serial Number 23-01048) to a 61A on a Brand Name Only basis under a 36 month lease to ownership plan. The upgrade is to expand the controller with addition of the IBM 3746 model 900 expansion unit with feature codes 5200, 5210, 5500, 5502, 5600, 5602, 6405, 8202, 8224, 8604, 8803, 8926, 9008, 9714, and 9902. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition Specific Make and Model has already been processed for this requirement.
