It is anticipated that a sole source contract modification will be negotiated at no additional cost for 60 days extended operation of the ERIC Document Reproduction Services (EDRS) from September 30, 1995 to November 30, 1995. EDRS manufactures and sells microfiche and paper copies of most documents in the ERIC data base, under contract RI91005001 and RI91005002. The limited duration of this requirment renders the current contractor uniquely qualified of provide these services. No organizations other the current contractor can provide such short term service. Contractors who are interested in this procurement and feel that they are qualified and able to perform this procurement should submit a formal notice in writing describing these qualifications to the above address by March 22, 1995.
