Y -- WSA SECURITY IMPROVEMENTS, F.E. WARREN AFB, WYOMING SOL DACA45-95-B-0026 DUE 032195 POC Military Branch, 402/221-4266, Contracting Division. The work will include the following: (Approx. quantities) Construct 600 SY parking lot consisting of 6'' aggregate base course and 2-1/2'' bituminous surface course. Regrade 5000 LF of existing 12' wide perimeter road and resurface with 6'' crushed aggregate surfacing. The estimated construction cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contractor's Quality Control will be a requirement in this contract. The Contractor will be required to commence work within 10 days after notice to proceed and complete the work 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Provisions will be included for liquidated damages in case of failure to complete the work in the time allowed. Performance and payment bonds will be required. Bid sets will be available on/a February 15, 1995. Half-size plans and specifications will be furnished upon request and receipt of payment of $22.00 per set (non-refundable) with check made payable to ''Omaha District, Corps of Engineers.''
