Description of work: This project includes an addition to the existing U.S. Army Sergeant Major Academy at Fort Bliss, Texas. The addition (approximately 43,091 sf) will provide classroms, computer simulations center (approximately 8,936 sf), and administrative and storage space. Supporting facilities include utilities; electric service; fire potection and alarm systems; fencing, paving, walks, curbs and gutters; parking; storm drainage; information systems; and site improvements. Demolish existing parking lot, utilities, and concrete exit stairs at point of additions to the existing facility. Estimated cost range: $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Bid sets available at $64.25 for half-size and $141.75 for full size. No individual sheets of drawings may be purchased.
