Interested SDB concerns should as early as possible but NLT (15) calendar days of this notice, indicate interest in the aquisition by providing the contracting officer listed a) Evidence of capability to perform (include references for similar work. telephone numbers, point of contact, and contract number), (b) Project management ability (key project management/financial capability/technical support staff and quality control plan; (c) Subcontracting support capability (management and identification of key subcontractors), (d) A positive statement of eligibility as a small socially disadvantaged business concern (e) Evidence of ability to secure bonds relating to this project; NOTICE: A 20% BID BOND IS REQUIRED; Performance/Payment bonds are required from successful bidder. Applicable small business size standard for interested concerns, including affiliates is no more than $7.0M average annual revenue for the preceding (3) calendar years. If adequate interest is not received from qualified SDB concerns, will issue solicitation on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
