9392419. A Tiedown Strap consists of a Ratchet; 2 Swivel Snap Hooks; 2
Web Protector Sleeves, and Web Strap 240.0 in. LG Min extended; 36.0
in. LG Max retracted with sleeve removed. Webbing material is
polyester, Type V, Class 2, MIL-W-25361, no splices, Color Camouflage
Green 483; all ends seared to prevent fraying. Tiedown assembly shall
withstand a minimum load of 5,000 lbs for a minimum period of 30
seconds without evidence of deterioration or damage that may impair its
intended operation; in addition swivel hooks shall rotate freely, hook
keepers must function properly, and webbing must slip freely through
the ratchet buckle. Tiedown assembly shall withstand a minimum of 7,000
lbs without slippage of the webbing and rupture of stitches and metal
parts. Tiedown strap without hooks, when pull test to failure, shall
withstand a minimum load of 8,000 lbs before failure occurs. The short
end of the tiedown strap with stitching patterns at both ends shall
withstand a minimum load of 8,700 lbs before failure occurs (complete
