Milanowski, (703)692-3055 This procurement is for all necessary equipment and personnel to provide and install twenty-two (22) National Technology University receiver/decoder units at designated DISA sites. The subject equipment shall be connected to the NTU educational programming network. The procurement will be for the NTU educational subscription/access and for subscriber units to receive the digitally encoded satellite transmission signal. The contractor shall also provide installation and connection to the DISA-furnished downlink equipment for educational programming at a quality level of a commercial broadcast. The contractor will ensure that the hardware and transmission signal are in proper alignment at individual sites.
