A -- ENGINEERING TEST AND EVALUATION FOR NATIONAL MILITARY COMMAND SYSTEM (NMCS) COMMAND CENTER SYSTEMS SOL DCA100-95-R-0029 DUE 950315 POC Contact: Contracting Officer, Joyce Milner, (703) 692-2782; Contract Specialist, Rhonda LaGarde, (703) 692-3706 The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Electrospace Systems, Inc. (ESI), Richardson, Texas, for the procurement of approximately 560 technical staff months of support over a five year period (base year and four one-year option periods). The resultant contract will be for technical assistance for engineering test and evaluation for command center systems. The base and four option periods will be evaluated in determining award. The award will be made by authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1); ESI is the only company in a position to provide the necessary support to the Government. The anticipated period of performance of the base year is 1 May 1995 through 30 April 1996. Solicitation DCA100-95-R-0029 will be issued on a sole source basis. See Note 22. (0027)
