The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, California intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Microcom Corporation, 965 Thomas Drive, Warminster, PA 18974-2842 for the repair of AN/DKT-60 and AN/DKT-60A L-Band Missile Telemetry Sets, pursuant to the authority granted by FAR 6.302-1 . The telemetry sets were designed and manufactured by Microcom Corp. Repair of the telemetry sets shall consist of the contractor furnishing all parts, components, documentation, and necessary technical services (teardown, evaluation, repair, calibration, and testing) to return failed equipment to its original performance specifications. The work shall be performed on no more than 30 units per year. All work will be subject to applicable indefinite delivery (reqirements contracts) clauses. Services shall be performed within 60 days after receipt of each delivery order. The contract period of performance wil be one basic year plus four option years. The period of performance of each option period will be one year.
