This requirements consists of numerous items of a variety of HP equipment. It is anticipated to award a firm-fixed price contract with cost reimbursable elements for Field Change Orders, for a base period of 12 months with two one-year options. Offerors must provide satisfactory evidence that replacement parts will be readily available and can be acquired in a timely manner and that all documentation, repair manuals, schematics, hand tools, test and measuring equipment, block diagrams, diagnostics routines, and any other aids, can be systematically acquired to provide contractual services.
