Contractor shall maintain a 24 hour per day, 365 days per year hotline telephone number to receive notification of LAN failures. Contractor shall perform annual certification of the broadband cable system. Repairs to critical devices during regular working hours shall not exceed two hours. Response to a device failure during off-hours shall not extend beyond two hours after receipt of notification. IFB available on or about February 20, 1995 at no charge. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
