R -- PRESOLICITATION CONFERENCE SOL F41608-95-R-90201 DUE 032095 POC For copy, PKX, Fax Number (210)925-6004, For additional information contact Mckee, W./sfk/210 The Air Force will conduct a presolicitation conference during the period of 14 - 16 March 1995 regarding the contemplated future acquisition and installation of Automatic Tank Gauging Systems for the Pacific Theater. The presolicitation conference site will be Kadena AFB, Okinawa Japan at the Schilling Recreation Center, Bldg 455. The conference will begin 14 March 95 at 0900. Passports, visas, travel, and accommodations, as well as all costs associated with conference attendance are the responsibility of the attendees. Potential attendees are advised that subsequent proposals will only be accepted from sources who attend this presolicitation conference. Potential attendees are further advised that only sources who meet the requirements for Status of Forces Agreements with both Japan and Korea will be considered for award of this requirement. The presolicitation conference agenda will include travel to and viewing of fuel tanks in the local area of Kadena AFB. Interested parties must contact the contracting officer, Wesley A. McKee at 210-925-7248 no later than 28 Feb 95 so they can be added to the base access list for conference attendees. Failure to do so may result in denial of access to the conference. Government furnished drawings and specifications are not available. The approximate issue/response date will be 16 Feb 95. No telephone requests.
