S -- DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF A FAST-FILL COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS (CNG) FUELING STATION SOL F19650-95-R-0034 DUE 030695 POC Lisa Downs, Contract Specialist, 617-377-3247. The project is for the design and installation of a fast-fill Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling station at Hanscom AFB, MA. This station will provide a complete fueling system including a 100 Standard Cubic Feet per Minute (SCFM) natural gas engine driven compressor, 2-hose fast-fill dispenser, and 60,000 cubic feet of storage. Delivery by 15 July 1995. Solicitation will be issued on or about 06 February 1995. This is not a request for proposal and the Government is not committed to award a contract. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Boston Gas) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
