Work involves heating system upgrade, installation of air conditioning, replacement of interior electrical wiring, replacement of interior plumbing and addition of wall and attic insulation. Abatement of lead paint and asbestos in areas affected by construction is also included. In Project No. 5063 also required adding of a full bath upstairs (Unit Type H, 6 units, increasing closet space, upgrading exterior lighting system, and landscaping, and revegetation of bank area for erosion control.
