The U.S. Army Aviation and Troop Command intends to issue a Request for Proposal O/A 030695, due 041795 under full and open competition for design, implementation and production of an Auxiliary Fuel Monitoring System (AFMS) Modification Kit for integration into UH/EH-60 helicopters equipped with the External Stores Support System (ESSS), and Extended Range Fuel System (ERFS) mission kits. The system will provide the pilot with a fuel quantity display for each installed auxiliary fuel tank to monitor external auxiliary fuel for imbalance conditions which result in aircraft lateral center-of-gravity changes. Anticipate Firm Fixed Price contract with one Option Period. Estimated quantities are Initial Buy - 300 Aircraft Kits and 600 Probe Kits; Option Quantity - 578 Aircraft Kits and 537 Probe Kits. This charge is $165.00 per package, and is non-refundable.
