The contractor shall provide CD-ROM/Micrographics data subscription services in optical disc form as well as the necessary software to fully utilize the leased data. The subscription services will consist of the databases identified in Section B, of the solicitation in optical disc form with computer sofware, user documentation and support, as provided under each subscription service. The requested subscription databases must already be available for distribution (i.e. a commercial off the shelf product). The databases should run in a personal computer disk operation roduct). The databases should run in a personnal computer disk operation system (DOS) environment. (Note: The contractor should state in writing with the proposal their position on converting the current databases into a windows environment.) Negotiations to be conducted solely with Information Handling Systems. Solicitation will be issued on or before 27 Feb 95. Any other sources that can meet the stated requirements must furnish proof of capability in writing not later than fifteen (15) days from the date of this publication. Subscription for the products will begin for the period 1 April 1995, (or date of award, whichever is later) through 30 September 1995.
