This requirement is for an aqueous console degreasing system that is required to clean and remove the oils, machine cutting fluids, and buffing compounds from materials before plating. The equipment shall have the following: Modular cabinet type system with an ultrasonic-wash tank and a rinse tank, heaters, transducaters, plumbing, pumps, electronic controls, stainless steel frame, counter top and panels and thermal and acoustical insulation. Additional specifications are contained the the RFP. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. This procurement is being conducted under the NASA/GSFC Midrange Pilot Test Program. All requests for this Request for Offers (RFO) must be submitted in writing to NASA/GSFC, Code 241, Attn: Judith Jones. The proposal due date will be established when the RFO is issued.
