Locks, Core to be grandmastered keyed, master keyed, submaster keyed and operating keyed as directed into existing system via the use of 7-pin tumbler interchangeable cores equipped with stainless C-Clip. Removable core will be extruded brass. Interchangeable without modification, locks must be capable of matching existing key sequence, current sequence is Best. Keys to be .150 thick, finish style 626, part number 1CP7WA or equal. Two keys per core. Quantity 905. Lock will conform to the following: 1) removable core of extruded brass will be instantly interchangeable without modification and capable of being recombinated by removing pin segments of each barrel without disturbing seal of pins of the other barrels, 2) lockset must fit FFH106-161 and ANSI A115.3 cutout, conform to ANSI A156.2 series 4000, grade 2 and UL listed, 3) lockset must be constructed capability of change of hand before and after installation by rotation of face of knob to receive interchangeable core in proper position, 4) all keyed knobs of lockset must be manufactured from solid brass with minimum wall thickness of .100'', 50 lockset must be capable of being furnished wih knurled knob for identification of hazardous areas, and other designated locations, 6) lockset must be interchangeable cores of thje same manufacturer, 7) lockset must be certified as having passed ANSI and UL tests and test values, 8) lockset latch bolts must have a 1/2 throw or more, 9) exterior keyed knob shall be removable only after core is removed to allow access to knob keeper. Lockset must be certified as having passed ANSI and UL tests and test values, be listed in BHMA directory as conforming to ANSI 165.2, series 4000, grade 1 standard. Lockset latch bolt must have a 9/16'' throw or more. Lockset outskide knob must have a solid shaft wirh no operning hole for knob keepr depression. Lockset with fixed knob must be capable of being changed to spin free exterior knob operation. Exterior keyed knob shall be removable only after core is removed to allow access to knob.
