This solicitation provides for maintenance, equipment and follow-on services for PBX and telephone systems of the General Services Administration (GSA) Information Technology Service (ITS) in metropolitan Battle Creek, Michigan. The estimated contract award date is August 15, 1995. The term of the contract is two years plus three (3) one-year renewal options for a maximum of five (5) years. The solicitation covers those services necessary to maintain the current operational capability and performance levels of one (1) existing Government-owned AT&T System 85 PBX located in the Battle Creek Federal Center, 74 Washington Avenue North, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3054, and one (1) remote AT&T Definity G3 PBX, located at the Battle Creek Federl Center DLSC Annex, 53 Michigan Avenue West, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3603. The total system comprises approximately 2,500 telephone station lines, 40 Direct Inward Dial (DID) and 40 Direct Outward Dial (DOD) trunks, 43 FTS2000 trunks (for long-distance service), 40 Defense Switched Network (DSN) trunks and an AT&T Audix (Large/Enhanced) voice mail system.
