Nanartowicz, HCP-30B, (202) 366-4247 66 - THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROCUREMENT IS TO negotiate a contract with MTS Systems Corporation of Spotsylvania, Virginia for the manufacture and installation of one each of a high pressure triaxial cell, including accessory equipment, which will be delivered and installed at the Federal Highway Administration's Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center (TFHRC) located in McLean, Virginia. MTS Systems Corporation is considered the only known source who can expeditiously fabricate and install the subject system, while ensuring that the equipment is fully compatible with all other existing TFHRC laboratory equipment that is of MTS design.
