Contract Specialist: Jean D. Sefchick 202/326-2258. The Federal Trade
Commission intends to purchase personal computers from GSA schedule
GSOOK94AGS6068 with Caliber Computer Corporation. The delivery order
shall be issued for a quantity of 211 systems. These systems shall be
Energy Star compliant and shall be configured as follows: Pentium
(updated) 90 MHz microprocessor, minimum 16 MB RAM using one 72-pin
0-wait state 60 ns SIMM module (expandable to 128 MB), minimum 256K
SRAM cache, minimum 520MB IDE hard drive with 32 bit PCI enhanced IDE
controller, PCI Video 16.8 million colors with accelerated Windows
drivers, minimum of 2MB of video memory, combination 3.5 1.44 Mb/1.2 MB
floppy drives (with 3.5'' as the bootable drive), 2 dual buffered UART
serial ports, 1 enhnaced parallel port, MS DOS 6.22 and Windows for
Workgroups 3.11, Midtower (50%) and Desktop (50%) min. 5 bay Class B
compliant case with min. 220 watt power supply, Mitsumi or equivalent
2X CD ROM reader, and a minimum 3 year warranty with a minimum 1 year
on-site. Configuration to meet FTC specifications and compatible with
FTC standard software and networking standards. Any interested vendors
capable of supplying these items under GSA schedule may submit a
response within 15 days. Information must include a detailed
description of the system available, the total cost for the
specifically identified configuration, and applicable GSA schedule
information. Only those responses with the appropriate supporting cost
