Software should incorporate ASTM F914-91 specification for bucket truck testing. Software must also contain the capability for conducting test to ASTM F1430 for Acoustic Emission Testing of Insulated Aerial Personnel Devices. Should contain general purpose software for user selectable testing. All software should be Microsoft Windows compatible. Device should be portable, with a screen which can be seen outdoors (to increase the usefulness of the device).
