The predominate production function is amended to allow either binding or printing firms to bid on this solicitation. Quantity, 250,000 copies and final films used in printing. Trim Size, 7'' X 7'', containing seven diecut 1-5/8'' diameter circles. Proofs, two set of laminated matchprint or equal color proofs and two sets of composed dylux proofs, (one shall be retained by the Government). Must be composite proofs with all elements in the proper position. One additional set of dylux proofs shall be submitted flat and ruled to indicate the full press sheet imposition and all bindery trim-outs. Paper, Board-36 point Springhill SBS Clay Coated two Sides blanks, (Option: Assembling 2 pieces of SBS to equal 36 point board). Inks, four color process and Black ink. Solid inks required, no builds allowed. Inks shall contain minimum percentages of vegetable oil in compliance with federal procurement mandates as follows: Heat-set lithograph/10%, Sheet-fed lithography/20%, forms/20%. Coating: Overall gloss varnish (or aqueous coat) face side only. Margins, follow trim marks on furnished camera copy. Display Examination: strongly recommended.
