The site is located on the north side of the Portage Highway at approximately mile 1.4, this is approximately 53 miles from Anchorage, Alaska. The pilings are to be installed while ths marsh is frozen and the ice is thick enough to support the installation equipment. It is annticipated that the solicitation documents will be available on or about February 15, 1995. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
