Scope of work (inclusive of option) consists of but is not strictly limited to providing all labor, material, equipment and superviwion as necessary to replace roofs and courtroom ceiling at the Federa Building in Wausau, Wisconsin. The completion time for the base contract is ninety (90) calendar days from recept of notice to proceed. The completion time for the option (if exercised) is forty five (45) calendar days. Estimated cost range is between (250,000 and $500,000. Specifications will be available on or about Fibruary 21, 1995. Sealed bids will be opened publicly on March 23, 1995, at 2:00 P.M. (local time). The proposed contract is being solicited on a total Small business Set-Aside basis. Bids are solicited only from small business concerns.
