Grandstands to be pre-fabricated at the\factory with10 rows, 18 ft long. Grandstands to have galvanized steel bottom frame. Fabrication: Rail system shall consist of 9 gauge chain link fence. Dual footboards shall be included. Joints shall be constructed to withstand severehorizontal thrust. Lengths shall be expandable. Kick panels to be provided forall rowsexcept the first. Paint color to be federal standard color # 33522, beige. Pipe railing to be 1 5/8'' diameter. This is a brand name ''or equal'' reqirement for a Belson part number BC-2CL ''OR EQUAL''. This is a non ODCS requirement IAW public law 102-484. This solicitation is being issued for 100% set-aside for SmallBusiness Manufacturing concerns. Interested Small Business Manufacturing concerns must, as early as possible, but not later than 15 calendar daysof this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the 47th Contracting Squadron evidence of capability to perform. Small Business Manufacturing concerns requests must be submitted with a positive statement of eligibility as a Small Business Manufacturing concern which meets the requirements of FAR part 19.102(f)(2). If adequate insterest is not received from SmallBusiness Manufacturing concerns, the solicitation will be issued as full and open competition, for both small and large businesses without further notice.
