The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225- 5406, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement to Hekimian Laboratories, Inc., for continued maintenance support and logistic service of the Hekimian Automated Line Test Equipment (ALTE) deployed at 126 FAA facilities and to purchase expansion and additional hardware.
