The U.S. Army has a requirement to produce and deliver an additional 98 each AGES II AH-64 Training Systems no later than April 1996. The Government intends to negotiate with and award to Loral Electro-Optical Systems (LEOS), Inc. a sole source modification to N61339-90-C-0142 for this requirement. LEOS is currently producing AGES II AH-64 Training Systems under Contract N61339-90-C-0142. A technical/manufacturing data package was not procured under the aforementioned contract and, therefore, is not available. See note 22 (0031)
