The U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) intends to enter into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement with Hughes Aircraft Company (HAC), El Segundo, CA. Purpose of the cooperative research is to discover and perfect certain communication protocols developed by HAC which have potential military application.
