Solicitation is request for proposals for plant monitoring at the sites of 30 rare plant populations on the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site in South Carolina. Evaluation factors: ability to perform in accordance with the specifications including demonstrated satisfactory experience in rare plant monitoring; ability to identify rare plants listed in Appendix 2; ability to maintain quality control over work in progress; ability to perform within established timeframe; ability to meet other contract requirements.
