The Program Manager, Rocky Mountain Arsenal (PMRMA) intends to award a contract for Comprehensive Analytical Laboratory Services (CALS) to support the environmental cleanup program underway at Rocky Mountain Arsenal. The objective of this contract is to provide PMRMA with a complete mechanism for analytical services to include operation of the on-site Army laboratory and establishment of a team of commercial environmental laboratories which will have the capability and capacity to meet the anticipated analytical requirements of the full-scale environmental remediation program. Anticipated requirements include the analysis of the following matrices; soil, water, waste, air, structural materials, asbestos, plants and animals. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
