CBD NOTICE FOR STERLING SOFTWARE The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) intends to negotiate, on a Sole Source basis, with STERLING SOFTWARE, to upgrade the licenses on all Group 40/Group 50 products to a Group 70, with potential to a Group 80 licenses for the following products: SAMS: Disk with RACF Interface and Stand Alone Restore options, SAMS: Allocate with Quota, SAMS:Automate, SAMS Compress for MVS, and SAMS:Defrag. The period of performance will be a Base Year and a minimum of Two (2) Option Years. The licenses will be for proprietary software inclusive of annual maintenance and customer support for STERLING software installed on the new CPU.
