Bordone, 703/875-1023 It is the intent of the Agency for International Development (USAID) to place an order against GSA FY94 Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number GS00K94AGS5816 with Xerox Corporation for the maintenance of the following Electronic Page System for a period of approximately 12 months from date of order: Xerox 4090 Electronic Printing System with option on- line control module and 180 cartridge tape system module along with high capacity stitcher stacker and high capacity feeder. The system is installed and shall be maintained at 515 22nd Street, Lower Level, Washington, D.C. 20523. Any firm interested in responding to this notice should submit clear and convincing documentation as part of its response, including itemized pricing data, that it can provide maintenance for all above listed items. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. The notice of intent to place an order against a schedule contract shall not be considered a solicitation document. No solicitation document exists; therefore, requests for such documents shall be considered invalid responses.
