J -- MAINTENANCE OF SIEMEN'S NUCLEAR CAMERA POC Contact Point, NANCY HOLDAWAY, (716)862-3444 The VA intends to negotiate with Siemen's Medical Sys., Nuclear Medicine Division on a sole source basis for full maintenance on Government-owned Siemen's ZLC 3700 DOT w/digitrac nuclear camera consisting of detector, DOT terminal, ECT/PHS micro dot imager, video 1/F for micro dot, ECF amplifier, magnifier rotator, ICON AP, MAC II FX high resolution color monitor 19'', 650 MB EXT W/R optical disk, CD ROM drive, HI RES video color printer (1755235) ICON PMAC II FX RES color monitor 16''. Period of performance shall be one year, plus one option year renewal. Interested persons have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e., technical specs, brochures, price lists) for the critical maintenance above. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competitive basis.
