Engineering Services - geotechnical and subsurface investigation, environmental soils investigation and construction materials testing for an indefinite quantity type contract for various civil engineering projects at Roswell, New Mexico. The FAA is seeking a registered engineering firm, interested in providing these services on an as needed basis for a period of one year base contract with option for four one year extensions. These services may be required at any location within the state of New Mexico. However, it is anticipated that the preponderance of service will be required at Rosewell, New Mexico. Selection criteria shall include in order of preference: (1) registered engineering firm licensed in the state of New Mexico, (2) professional qualification of A-E firm and personnel assigned to this project, (3) geographic location or proximity to Roswell, New Mexico, (4) capacity to accomplish more than one job at a time.
