Services consist of CLIN 0001 Shipalt installation engineering and technical services to design and develop and/or modify plans for naval ships in accordance with Section C of the solicitation; and CLIN 0002 Marine Mechanical engineering and technical services to design, develop, and/or modify primarily large lead mechanical related shipalt plans for naval ships, including required interdisciplinary support in accordance with Section C of the solicitation. This requirement is a follow-on effort to contracts N00189-89-D-0190 and N00189-89-D-0191. The government intends to award a time and materials type contract for a base year with the option to procure services for four additional one year periods.
