Services are for seven days a week, 24 hours a day at the Federal Correctional Institute and Federal Prison Camp located in Ashland, KY. Contractor will be responsible for Nominations and Balancing. Any costs for storage or reserve capacity gas as a result of failure to balance will be the responsibility of the Contractor. Estimated volume of natural gas is 39,000 cubic feet per hour or 475 Mcf per day with an average atmospheric (barometic) pressure at the Delivery Point of 14.73 psia. The estimated cost range is $300,000--$400,000 per annum. Term of contract is 1 July 1995 through 30 June 2005. Offers for providing fuel as described above, will be evaluated in conjunction with transportation and LDC costs to deliver to the burner tip, to determine the lowest cost to the Government.
