S - Trash and Debris Removal Solicitation OPM-RFP-95-01452ASH DUE O/A 02/21/95. POC Antoinette S. Henry, Contract Administrator, 202/606-1228. Contractor shall provide all necessary services to remove trash and debris from the Office of Personnel Management's loading dock at 1900 ''E'' Street, NW, Washington, DC 20415. Services will include supply of all equipment, supervision and labor to satisfactorily perform such disposal. Government owned containers such as GI cans, trash containers, etc., shall not be used or removed from the premises. Contractor shall clean up all trash and debris scattered as a result of his operations in the vicinity of the pickup point. Compactor to be removed no less than ''2'' times per week. Pickups to be made no later than 7:30 am and the container shall be returned to the building by 11:00 am. Schedule of removal will guarantee that the facility will not be without a container for more than ''3'' hours. Contract will be for a period of one base year, with options to extend for four (4) one year option periods. Solicitation OPM-RFP-95-01452ASH will be issued on or about 02/21/95 and will close approximately 30 days after issue. This requirement is a ''100 percent small business set-aside''.
