The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas, is currently seeking bids for a Horticulture Instructor. The services will be provided to federal inmates housed at the Federal Prison Camp, La Tuna, Anthony, Texas. The contractor will be required to develop and implement a plant life agricultural education program to include skills in landscaping, organic gardening, greenhouse management, turfgrass technology, tree/shrubbery nursery, etc. The solicitation will be available for issuance on or about February 24, 1995, with an anticipated bid opening of on or about March 31, 1995. All interested bidders may request a solicitation in writing addressed to the individual listed above. The contract performance period shall include a base year of not more than one year with four option years for renewal. All responsible bidders may submit a bid which will be considered.
