This action originally publicized in the CBD dated 1/18/95, is modified as follows: Contractor will be required to be certified under 14 CFR, Chapter 121. Furnish flight services fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of two multi-engine turbojet/turbofan airplanes, in support of the Bureau of Land Mangement and U.S. Forest Service nationwide movement of wildlife fire fighters for the approximate period May 16 to September 30, 1995.
