Work consists of constructing a brick hazardous waste storae facility (complete with electrical service, HVAC system, and metal roofing) in accordance with all applicable specifications and drawings. Magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of performance is 120 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation will be issued on or about 17 February 95, with bid opening on or about 20 March 95. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis.
