Z -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT(S) FOR ASBESTOS-ABATEMENT IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA, SOUTH JERSEY & DELAWARE Sol RFP 415046-95-A-0174. Due 030195. The contracts resulting from this solicitation will provide for asbestos removal at various Postal facilities located within the following three areas: EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA/Counties of Delaware, Montgomery, Phila, Carbon, Pike, Lebanon Northumberland, Schuylkill, Berks, Lehigh, Dauphin, Lancaster, Columbia, Luzerne, Lackawanna, Susquehanna, Wayne, Chester, Monroe & Bucks; SOUTH JERSEY/Counties of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean & Salem; and DELAWARE/Counties of New Castle, Sussex & Kent. Contractors must have a minimum of two (2) to four jobs at the same time. Specific workorders will be issued by the contracting officer in accordance with the Technical Specs/Unit Price Schedule. One or more workorders will be issued totalling not less than $10,000.00 nor more than $500,000.00 during the two-year period of the contract. The initial limit of $500,000.00 may be increased by modification as agreed upon by the contractor and the contracting officer up to the maximum of $1,500,000.00. The Postal Service guarantees no specific number of workorders nor a specific amount other than the total of $10,000.00 set out above. The contractor will not be required to perform work under any workorder where the value of work in any one building is less than $500.00. Offerors will be required to submit one (1) ``multiplier'' to be applied to the various unit prices established in the Unit Price Schedule. The multiplier mut contain the offeror's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. One contract will be awarded for each of the above areas. Offers are due by 4:00 PM on March 1, 1995. Plans and specifications will be available on or about January 30, 1995 at a cost of $30.00 per set (Non-Refundable).
