The Iowa National Guard wishes to contract for the Removal and Replacement of Underground Storage Tanks. The project will be at the Iowa Air National Guard Base, Des Moines International Airport, Des Moines, Iowa. The contractor shall follow the plans and specifications to remove 11 underground storage tanks and replace 3 oil/water separators. The work includes but is not limited to; Site Work, Pavements, Plumbing, UST removal and disposal, Soil Testing, and Site Restoration. The estimated construction cost of this project is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The estimated completion time is 270 days. The IFB package will be issued under Solicitation No. DAHA13-95-B-0003. The SIC Code for this project is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17,000,000.00 annual average revenue for the three previous years.
